A lifestyle coach, sometimes called a wellness coach, is a certified health care professional who engages in assisting and encouraging others to meet their health and wellness goals. Research shows that it takes three months for a new healthy behavior to become a habit. INBALANCE Weight Management Program will support your lifestyle changes with three telephone coaching sessions of 30 minutes each. Additional sessions are available for a fee.
